Submit the forms at the link below:
You will be writing or taking photographs a month or two in advance. That will be noted on any assignments you receive. Payments are sent to you via direct deposit after the 20th of the publication month.
<aside> 💡 For example, if you wrote a story for the November issue in October, you would get paid after November 20.

There is no need to submit an invoice each month. You will receive an email with an itemized list of your contributions for the month after the 20th.
We will notify you if a story is pushed back, date-wise.
<aside> 💡 Each freelance writer/photographer will receive a 1099 MISC form by the end of January of the following year for the amounts that they were paid in the previous calendar year if they meet the IRS threshold of $600.

We utilize a cloud-based editorial platform called Media OS (https://app.mediaos.com/). Writing and photo assignments will come to you as an email notification from the assigning publisher that contains the instructions for the assignment, including:
